ALEMCURE : SWISS STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% CLASS E SHARES OF OCCLUTECH HOLDING AG
• Alkem Medtech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in India, has completed the acquisition of at least 51% and up to 55% of the total issued equity share capital of Occlutech Holding AG (“Occlutech”), a company incorporated in Switzerland. • Occlutech will now be a step-down subsidiary of the Company. • The disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
