• Company executed and registered a Sale Deed on July 17, 2026, for the sale of its immovable properties. • Properties comprise Commercial Units FF-508 and FF-509, each 1,361 sq. ft., in JMD Megapolis, Gurugram. • Sale consideration is approximately ₹1.49 Cr per unit (₹1,49,71,000). • Purpose is monetization of assets and optimization of the Company's asset portfolio. • Transaction is not a related party transaction. • Expected to optimize the Company's asset portfolio and strengthen its financial position.
