• Board of Directors approved revising the term of appointment and remuneration of M/s. A. R. & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for five financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. • Approved the addendum to the notice of the 1st Annual Meeting of Unitholders to reflect the revised auditor appointment and remuneration. • The Trust is in the process of dispatching the addendum to the unitholders and will intimate the stock exchange once completed. • Information is also available on the Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust website.
