DCM SHRIRAM : SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH SERENTICA RENEWABLES FOR RENEWABLE POWER SUPPLY

• Agreement for ~58 MW of additional renewable power supply for the Bharuch Plant • Total investment of up to ₹105 crore, for a minimum 26% equity stake • Total renewable power for DCM Shriram Limited between Bharuch & Kota will be 176 MW (peak) • Consideration of ₹104.4 crore for 26% of Voting Rights/Control • Indicative time period for completion of the acquisition is 30th June 2027
