POWERGRID : INTER-STATE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PROJECT
• Powergrid has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish Inter-State Transmission System. • Project is for installation of 2 Nos. of Synchronous Condensers (SynCon) units at 765/400/220kV Fatehgarh-II PS on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. • Letter of Intent (Lol) was received on 17th July, 2026. • Project comprises installation & commissioning of 2 number of Synchronous Condensers (SynCon) at Fatehgarh-II PS along with associated bays.
