• Company approved and is in process of changing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from M/s. Niche Technologies Private Limited to M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited. • Reason for appointment/discontinuation is to further strengthen investor services with Purva Sharegistry having sizeable market share, expertise, infrastructure and reputation. • Effective date of change of RTA will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course after definitive agreements are carried out. • M/s. Niche Technologies will continue as RTA until completion of data transition, electronic connectivity shifting, and receipt of confirmations from NSDL and CDSL.
