MRC AGROTECH : EXECUTION OF COLLABORATION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH BHU

• Entered into a Collaboration and License Agreement with Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, on July 17, 2026. • BHU grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for commercial production, processing, packaging, marketing, and sale of Foundation Seed, Certified Seed, and Truthfully Labelled Seed of wheat variety 'HUW 838'. • The license is for an initial period of five (5) years, with provision for renewal by mutual consent. • Intellectual property and breeder's rights to the variety shall vest with BHU. • Collaboration aims to strengthen the Company's seed portfolio and enhance technology-driven agricultural solutions. • This strategic association promotes scientific innovation and technology transfer for improved crop varieties.
