• Company received intimation from Stock Exchange on June 22, 2026, regarding imposition of a fine of Rs. 42,000/- plus applicable GST for non-submission of secretarial compliance report within the prescribed timeline for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. • The fine will continue to be computed till the time of rectification of the non-compliance. • Company submitted the secretarial compliance report on July 17, 2026, and paid the fine on July 18, 2026. • Total fine paid amounts to Rs. 1,13,280/- including GST. • There is no material impact on financial, operational or other activities of the Company.
