• The company redeemed outstanding Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) aggregating to USD 23.90 million together with accrued interest. • The redemption was in accordance with the terms and conditions of the FCCBs. • Further, pursuant to RBI approval, the unutilized FCCB commitment of USD 215.1 million is also cancelled.
