PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED : COAL LINKAGE EXPANDED TO 2,79,400 TPA

• Company declared successful bidder for supply of 24,000 MT coal per annum by Eastern Coalfields Ltd ("ECL") and 1,04,000 MT coal per annum by South Eastern Coalfields Limited ("SECL") • Total coal linkage expanded to 2,79,400 TPA, covering approximately half of Cement Division's annual fuel requirement • Supplements existing coal linkage of 1,51,400 TPA, of which 1,11,400 TPA expires in February 2027 • Contracts are for a period of 10 years from the date of execution of Fuel Supply Agreement • Total value of contract with subsidiaries of Coal India Limited is approx. Rs. 70.49 Crore per annum • Contracts to be executed within 90 days from date of issuance of Letters of Intent dated August 17, 2026
