HEG LIMITED : NCLT SANCTIONS AMALGAMATION AND DEMERGER SCHEME
• NCLT Indore Bench sanctions composite scheme of arrangement involving HEG Ltd, HEG Graphite Ltd and Bhilwara Energy Ltd. • The scheme involves demerger of HEG Graphite and amalgamation of Bhilwara Energy into HEG Ltd. • Scheme becomes effective from the appointed date of April 1, 2024. • HEG Graphite Ltd to be renamed as HEG Limited (Resulting Company). • Bhilwara Energy Limited to be dissolved without winding up. • Order effective from August 13, 2026.
