• Jubilant Ingrevia to acquire a 40% strategic equity stake in Zettaone Technologies India Private Limited • Acquisition valued at INR 189.2 crore, to be completed in two tranches: November 2026 and September 2027 • Zettaone Technologies is an electronics design and manufacturing platform with integrated capabilities in the electronics/semiconductor industry • The acquisition aligns with Jubilant Ingrevia's growth strategy in the Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS) space • Zettaone's FY23-24 turnover was Rs 51.1 Cr, FY24-25 Rs 79.1 Cr, FY25-26 Rs 98.1 Cr
