AUTHUM INVESTMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. : AUTHUM INVESTMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. ACQUIRES SHARES IN STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ISARC

• Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. (AIIL) has agreed to invest further in its subsidiary, India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC). • AIIL will subscribe to 40,65,00,000 equity shares offered by ISARC through a Rights Issue at ₹10 per share. • AIIL has made an application payment of 25% of the issue price, amounting to ₹1,01,62,50,000 (₹101.62 Cr). • AIIL currently holds 88.37% of ISARC's total issued and paid-up share capital. • ISARC is an asset reconstruction company registered with the RBI.
