CEIGALL INDIA LIMITED : APPROVES FUND INFUSION IN SUBSIDIARY WORTH RS 29.44 CR

• The Management Committee of the Board of Directors approved the creation of security in connection with Rupee Term Loan facility sanctioned to Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, a subsidiary. • Approval also granted for further investment in Project SPV through equity share capital and to provide loans, securities, guarantees. • The subsidiary, Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, will undertake the "Construction of Indore Ujjain Green field (Access Control) 4 lane with paved shoulder project highway". • Total infusion of INR 29.44 Crores by Ceigall India Limited and CIPPL in the form of Equity Share Capital. • Ceigall India Limited will hold 74% and CIPPL 26% in the Project SPV. • The entity was incorporated on 15/01/2026 with FY ended 31st March 2026 turnover of Rs. 0.40 Lakhs.
