• Board approved raising of funds by way of issuance of securities through one or more permissible modes, including public issue(s) or qualified institutions placement (QIP), or any combination thereof. • The decision is subject to shareholders' and other regulatory/statutory approvals. • Board also approved ancillary actions, including seeking shareholder approval via postal ballot and constituting a committee for fund raising. • Particulars as required under Schedule III Part A of SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure I.
