• Company on August 19, 2026, allotted 2,74,332 equity shares and 24,690 Series B Compulsory Convertible Debentures in O2 Renewable XXVIII. • Offbeat Developers Private Limited (subsidiary) also allotted 302,568 equity shares and 27,231 Series B Compulsory Convertible Debentures in O2 Renewable XXVIII. • The allotment facilitates captive user requirements for purchase of renewable energy. • Post allotment, the Company along with Offbeat holds 45.00% equity shareholding in O2 Renewable XXVIII.
