• The QIP witnessed participation from overseas institutional investors, including funds based in Mauritius and registered under the applicable Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) framework. • Minerva Ventures Fund, Magnifica Global Opportunities VCC – MGO High Conviction Fund, AL Maha Investment Fund PCC – Onyx Strategy, and Ebisu Global Opportunities Fund were among the major allottees. • Total shares allotted were 49.50 Cr, representing 30.98% of the QIP.
