KP GREEN ENERGY LIMITED: ITS STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF DEK AND MAVERICKS GREEN ENERGY LIMITED
• Sun Drops Energia Limited, a subsidiary of KPI Green Energy Limited, will acquire up to 100% equity shares of DEK and Mavericks Green Energy Limited (DMGEL). • The acquisition is valued at ₹55.80 Cr. Sun Drops will issue up to 15,89,781 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) to DMGEL shareholders as consideration. • Dr. Faruk G. Patel, Promoter & Director of Sun Drops, holds 8.95% equity share capital of DMGEL, making this a related party transaction to that extent. • DMGEL is engaged in EPC and project development solutions in the renewable energy sector, primarily solar power. • The acquisition is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
