PACE DIGITEK: ACQUISITION OF INSO PACE PRIVATE LIMITED

• Pace Digitek Limited incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary "TransgreenX Asset Holdco Private Limited" on August 20, 2026. • The company also completed the acquisition of the entire equity shareholding of M/s. Inso Pace Private Limited. • M/s. Inso Pace Private Limited has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pace Digitek Limited. • Subscription of shares in the subsidiary will be by way of cash consideration of 10,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
