SHRADHA REALTY LIMITED: NAGPUR STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 50% STAKE IN PROPERTY

• Raghukul Shradha Realty LLP, a step-down subsidiary, executed two sale deeds for acquisition of an undivided fifty percent share and interest in an immovable property at Nagpur Improvement Trust Leasehold Plot No. 25, Civil Station Expansion Scheme, Nagpur – 440010. • Total consideration paid for each acquisition is Rs. 17,85,60,000/-, aggregating to Rs. 35,71,20,000/-, exclusive of stamp duty and registration charges. • The sellers in the first acquisition were Shri Udayan Shrouti and others, and in the second acquisition were Mrs. Jaya Pardhy and Mrs. Vrinda Bhave. • The acquisition is in line with the LLP's business objectives for undertaking real estate development activities. • The acquisition stands completed on 21st August, 2026, upon execution and registration of the Sale Deed.
