FILATEX FASHIONS LTD. : FINED RS 24,780 EACH BY NSE AND BSE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

• NSE and BSE have levied a fine of Rs 21,000 plus applicable GST on Filatex Fashions. • The fine is for alleged non-compliance with Regulation 13(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations regarding submission of shareholder complaints. • An additional fine is for non-submission of the Reconciliation of share Capital audit report under Regulation 76 of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. • The company is examining the notices and will take appropriate steps. • The matter will be placed before the Board of Directors.
