• Craftsman Germany GmbH to incorporate Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH in Germany. • Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Germany GmbH, and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Automation Limited. • The incorporation is for undertaking machining and processing activities relating to engine and engineering components. • Initial share capital is EUR 25,000. • The incorporation is expected to support the development of in-house machining capabilities and operational flexibility.
