• Company entered into a Contract Agreement on August 21, 2026, for the operation of Palayam Fee Plaza. • The agreement pertains to the operation at Km 154+500 of NH-44 in Krishnagiri to Thumbipadi section (Km 94+000 to Km 180+000) on BOT basis in Tamil Nadu. • The LOA for this project was received on August 17, 2026. • The contract value is Rs. 80,16,99,930/-, for a period of 90 days. • The entity awarding the contract is the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
