• Changes in Senior Management Personnel include Bhagirath Siyag, Sujith V Surendran, Koushik Goswami and Pradipta Kumar Roy ceasing to be SMPs w.e.f. August 22, 2026, due to organizational requirements and administrative exigencies. • Record date for final dividend for FY 2025-26 fixed as Friday, September 11, 2026, with a recommendation of ₹0.75/- per equity share, subject to AGM approval. • Dividend payment to be made within 30 days of AGM approval, subject to tax deduction at source, with shareholders seeking lower/no TDS needing to submit documents by September 11, 2026. • Dividend payments will be made exclusively through electronic mode.
