JSW INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. : UAE STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% ORDINARY SHARES OF JSW OVERSEAS FZE

• JSW Overseas FZE will become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of the company upon completion of the transaction. • The company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with JSW Terminal (Middle East) FZE for the acquisition. • The acquisition is subject to receipt of necessary approvals from relevant authorities in India and UAE.
