• Wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, received an award for setting up 9 solar power projects from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. • Total capacity awarded is 99 MW AC (128.7 MW DC). • Projects are under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana - 2.0. • The award is based on a tariff-based competitive bid. • Expected annual revenue of approximately ₹59.72 crores over 25 years.
