• KP Group and Raz Holding Group sign Non-Binding Letter of Intent for a Proposed Strategic Investment and/or Collaboration. • The LOI contemplates a strategic investment and/or collaboration potentially through acquisition/acquisitions, capital infusion or collaboration. • The proposed investment is subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, and all applicable regulatory approvals. • The LOI is non-binding and remains valid until 18 November 2026 unless extended by mutual written agreement. • KP Group sees this as reflecting growing international investor interest in India's clean-energy sector.
