KPI GREEN ENERGY LIMITED : EXPLORING STRATEGIC INVESTMENT FROM RAZ HOLDING GROUP

• KP Group has signed a Non-Binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Raz Holding Group, a diversified conglomerate from Saudi Arabia. • The LOI signifies Raz Holding Group's intention to make a strategic investment and/or collaboration with KP Group or its operating entities. • The proposed investment or collaboration is subject to satisfactory due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements, and necessary approvals. • The LOI is non-binding and any commitment will arise solely upon execution of definitive agreements. • Parties intend to work towards definitive agreements within a 90-day exclusivity period from the LOI date, valid until November 18, 2026.
