TOLINS TYRES : EXPANSION - NEW RECLAIM RUBBER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED

• Wholly owned subsidiary Terra Rubber Private Limited has commenced construction of a new Reclaim Rubber manufacturing facility in Palakkad, Kerala. • The facility will utilize scrap tyres and rubber waste to produce Reclaimed Rubber, creating opportunities across raw-material efficiency, circularity, and EPR compliance. • This initiative aligns with the Tolins Group's strategy to strengthen its presence across the rubber value chain through backward integration and circular manufacturing. • The facility will also enable participation in India's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework for waste tyres.
