• Loan & Investment Committee approved issuance of Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures up to INR 50 Crores (₹50 Cr) in Series A1 and A2 on a private placement basis. • The issuance will be in one or more tranches. • The debentures will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
