• Subsidiary Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited received export orders for supply of Spools / Hangers. • Orders are valued at USD 286 Million (approx. INR 2,700 Crores). • Orders will be partly manufactured in its plant and partly sub-contracted. • The orders will be sold on a Mercantile Trade Transaction basis. • Details are attached as Annexure – A.
