LEAP INDIA: DUBAI STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY INCORPORATED
• LEAP MENA Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of LEAP India Limited, has incorporated a wholly owned step-down subsidiary, LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading L.L.C. • The new entity was incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, effective August 21, 2026. • LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading L.L.C will be engaged in asset pooling and general trading services in the UAE. • LEAP MENA will subscribe to the share capital of AED 2,000,000 for 100% of the share capital.
