• Order reserved for formal pronouncement by the Hon'ble NCLT today i.e. August 24, 2026 in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Sesa Care Private Limited and Dabur India Limited. • The Statutory Authorities have also recorded their no-objection to the sanctioning of the Scheme. • The company will notify stock exchanges on receipt of the order copy.
