• Afcons Infrastructure Limited has received an arbitral award of ₹335.50 crore in its favour against Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA). • The award comprises a principal amount of ₹152.25 crore and pre-award and pendente lite interest of ₹183.25 crore. • The award was passed by the Arbitral Tribunal on August 24, 2026. • The company expects a positive impact on its financial position, provided the counterparty does not challenge the award.
