Ltd. • The subsidiary was incorporated on 24.08.2026. • The purpose is to explore and develop overseas opportunities in critical minerals asset acquisition, manage overseas investments, and provide structural flexibility for future acquisitions. • Details are as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
