• Board approved making the scheme effective on Tuesday, September 01, 2026. • Record date fixed as Monday, September 7, 2026, for shareholders' eligibility. • Resulting company to issue 1 fully paid-up equity share of INR 2 for every 1 equity share of the Company. • For amalgamation, 8 equity shares of INR 2 for every 7 equity shares of INR 10 of Transferor Company will be issued. • Approved appointments and resignations of Directors and KMPs to be effective from September 01, 2026.
