• Inox Green Energy Services Limited ("IGESL") has allotted 4,89,82,030 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to eligible shareholders of IGESL as part of a Scheme of Arrangement with Inox Renewable Solutions Limited ("IRSL"). • This allotment is a key step in the corporate restructuring process, with IRSL now processing the crediting of shares and seeking listing approvals.
