SIGMA ADVANCED SYSTEMS : UK SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% OF BROMFORD PRECISION SOLUTIONS

• Sigma Advanced Systems has secured a further long-term contract with Rolls-Royce through its recently acquired UK subsidiary, Bromford Precision Solutions • The agreement is valued at nearly £125m (approximately Rs 1,600 crore) and builds on a recently secured ~£300m Rolls-Royce long-term agreement • Bromford will manufacture aeroengine rings, casings, lock plates and other critical engine structures at Sigma's India and UK manufacturing facilities • The agreement highlights the strategic rationale behind Sigma's acquisition of Bromford, adding complementary products and expertise • Sunil Kalidindi, CEO, stated the agreement offers a global, dual-source solution combining Bromford's UK capabilities with Sigma's India manufacturing network
