SUDARSHAN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES : ACQUIRES ALUMINIUM DYES PLANT FROM CLARIANT

• Sudarshan Switzerland SLO AG, a European subsidiary, has signed a definitive asset sale and transfer agreement with Clariant Additives (Switzerland) AG for the Muttenz site in Switzerland. • The Muttenz facility produces organic intermediates and runs multistep organic chemistry of a complexity that few sites can operate reliably, and has produced Sudarshan's Aluminum Dyes portfolio for years, including the Sanodal®, Sanodure®, Sanodye®, and Anodal® brands. • Completion is expected on or around 4 January 2027. Impact: Acquisition of the Muttenz plant strengthens Sudarshan's control over its aluminum dyes manufacturing process and future innovations.
