• The company's Board of Directors has approved the proposal for selling, transferring, leasing or otherwise disposing of the factory situated at Plot No. G-73, MIDC Tarapur Industrial Area, Boisar - 401 506, Maharashtra. • Proceeds will be utilized towards working capital requirements, future expansion programs, general business purposes, and/or repayment of partial working capital limits availed from Banks. • The transaction does not fall within Related Party transactions and the buyer will not be a promoter or belong to the promoter group or a Promoter Group Company.
