Giridhar Aramane, IAS (Retd.) appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of two years from 25.08.2026, as per MCA Order and Supreme Court Order dated 17.08.2026. • He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other Authority. • The appointment is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. • He is to be accorded a remuneration of ₹5 lakhs per month consolidated pay plus company leased accommodation.
