• United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a follow-up inspection of the Company's manufacturing facility at Pithampur, India from August 17, 2026, to August 25, 2026. • On conclusion, the Company received seven (7) inspectional observations in Form 483. • The Company stated it will work closely with the USFDA to address these comprehensively within the stipulated time.
