• TrucksUp Solutions Private Limited, a step down subsidiary, has successfully closed its latest growth financing round. • The financing round secured an aggregate funding of ₹78.26 Crore on August 25, 2026. • The round saw participation from marquee institutional investors and leading family offices. • TrucksUp's Co-founders, Mr. Sarthak Shah Elwadhi and Mr. Aviraj Singh Chadha, also co-invested. • Monarch Networth Capital Limited acted as the exclusive transaction advisor. • The capital raised will be used to strengthen technology infrastructure, expand product engineering and data science teams, and for working capital.
