• Allotment of 16,26,016 equity shares at ₹1,230 each and 79,36,507 convertible warrants at ₹1,260 each. • Total issue size for equity shares is ₹199.99 Cr and for warrants is ₹999.99 Cr. • Allottees include India Japan Fund, Hero MotoCorp Limited, Mr. Tarun Sanjay Mehta, and Mr. Swapnil Babanlal Jain. • Warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months from allotment.
