Appnet Technologies LLP. • Approval granted for publication of Annual General Meeting notice and costs for FY 2025-26. • Renewal of insurance of goods lying in Bhiwandi warehouse was approved. • Application to NCLT for distribution of CIRP account funds was rejected. Impact: Rejected application may delay fund distribution to creditors.
