ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS LTD : EXECUTES POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR). • The PPA is for setting up a 130 MW Round the clock (RTC) renewable energy power project. • The agreement has a project tenure of 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) of February 25, 2029. • The tariff is ₹4.35 per kWh applicable for each year during the PPA tenure. • This is a voluntary disclosure.
