MTNL/SECTT/SE/2026 FIRES IMPOSED BY BSE ON MTNL FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

• MTNL has been fined ₹12.66 Lakh by BSE for non-compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. • The fines comprise basic fines of ₹10.73 Lakh and GST of ₹1.93 Lakh. • These are for non-compliance with regulations including Board composition, quorum, and committee constitution. • MTNL has requested BSE for a waiver, citing director appointments made by the Administrative Ministry.
