GABRIEL INDIA: STRATEGIC JOINT VENTURE WITH SOUTH KOREA'S HL KLEMOVE

• Gabriel India Limited to become a strategic shareholder in HL Klemove India Private Limited. • Partnership aims to expand presence across high-growth automotive segments and participate in demand for Autonomous Driving Solutions including ADAS. • Gabriel India will acquire a 30 per cent less one share stake in HL Klemove India for US$98.44 million (~₹817.6 Cr). • The JV will develop, manufacture, and sell advanced mobility solutions including radar, front cameras, lidar, and automated driving units. • HL Klemove India holds a leading position in Korea's autonomous driving market and has over 2,700 patents.
