• Cyient Limited has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the proposed combination under section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002. • This pertains to Cyient's definitive agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Tao Digital Solutions Inc., a US-incorporated company. • The approval was conveyed vide CCI's letter dated 25 August 2026. • A copy of the CCI's communication has been uploaded on the company's website.
