MOLDTEK : BOARD APPROVES BONUS ISSUE AND FINAL DIVIDEND
• Board approves issuance of 1:1 bonus equity shares (1 share of ₹2/- for every 1 share of ₹2/- held). • Recommends final dividend of ₹2.00/- per equity share for FY March 31, 2026, subject to member approval. • Record date for final dividend entitlement set as September 14, 2026. • 42nd AGM to be held on September 21, 2026, via video conference. • Book closure from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026, for AGM and dividend entitlement. • Bonus shares to be issued out of free reserves and will be implemented within 2 months from the board meeting date.
